hOMe holistic was founded by Ashley Walburn to give pregnant and birthing mothers support. The business has grown into a center where clients can book doula care, yoga, childbirth education and a range of practitioners in one place.

Doula care covers pregnancy, labor and the early postpartum period. The doulas work together during pregnancy and early labor, and once active labor begins, one doula from the team stays with the client. Families can attend a free Meet the Doulas session held at the studio every other Thursday, or book an individual consult. Doula discounts are available to repeat clients, military families and those with a scheduled cesarean birth. The Doula Love Fund accepts donations that pay for low-cost or free doula care for a mother in need.

The yoga program is centered on women's health and specializes in prenatal, postpartum and gentle yoga. Gentle Yoga is offered virtually only and is suitable during pregnancy. The center also runs mommy-and-baby classes, a class for babies about 9 to 24 months, and a baby-wearing dance class. For birth preparation, OMbirth Essentials combines yoga, mindfulness and partner tools and can be taken in person or online. The business says more than 10,000 families have prepared for birth through its childbirth course. The online version includes guided meditations, birth affirmations, a video series and a private community.

Practitioner services include acupuncture and chiropractic care, cranial sacral therapy, holistic beauty, lactation support, life guide and counseling, massage, nurse practitioner care, pelvic floor physical therapy and speech language pathology. Practitioners are trained in prenatal care and welcome all clients. Clients book practitioners directly by contacting them. Kate Gallant's skincare services are offered through FLORSEA Holistic Beauty Studio, which is listed on the hOMe holistic site. According to the business, FLORSEA is the second spa in the Kansas City metro area to offer the Helena Pahava Method facial.
