Ashley founded hOMe holistic and is its owner. She has worked as a birth doula, prenatal yoga instructor and childbirth educator for more than 16 years, and she holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
She teaches OMbirth childbirth preparation, which includes a library of birth affirmations, and offers Cranial Sacral Therapy to mothers during pregnancy and after birth. Her aim is for every pregnant person to understand their options through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period, and she enjoys helping couples work toward the birth they hoped for.
