Color designers focus on dimensional color, including balayage, bright shades and touch-ups. Booking starts with an online consultation form, after which the team contacts the client to schedule. Corrective color may take two to three visits. Prices can vary by location and stylist.

The salon's stylists receive monthly on-site education with a tiered structure, plus specialized training in extensions, scalp health and hair loss solutions.

Policies to know: online bookings require a deposit of half the estimated service cost, and final pricing is set at the consultation. Services are not refunded for any reason. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours notice, and a card is required to book. A manpower and maintenance fee is added automatically to totals at each location. Only the person receiving a service may be on the styling floor, and children must be supervised. The salon says 85% of its salon waste is repurposed or reused, including swept hair, excess color and metal foils.
