The facial menu runs from a 15-minute AI Skin Analysis, which measures twelve factors including hydration, pores, sebum, texture, pigmentation and wrinkles, through chemical peels such as AHA/BHA, Jessner and a 15% TCA pigment lift, to longer treatments. The Hollywood Signature Facial combines a double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, extractions when needed, oxygen mesotherapy, LED light therapy, a hydrojelly mask, face and shoulder massage, and serums with SPF. Other facials include a Microchanneling treatment, Diamond, Fire and Ice, Luxe Lift, BioRePeel, and Teen and men's options.

Face massage services include a Lymphatic Glow Massage and a Facelift and Buccal Massage with lymphatic drainage, lifting and sculpting work, neck and shoulder massage and a hydrating sheet mask. Brow and lash services cover waxing and shaping, custom-matched brow tinting, brow lamination, Korean lash lift, and a combined brow lamination and lash lift. Japanese head spa treatments include scalp analysis, exfoliation, massage, steam and a nourishing treatment with leave-in care, either on their own or paired with a hydrating facial.

Members pay $109 a month for $109 in beauty credit at checkout, with a six-month minimum commitment and the option to freeze the membership for one month per year. Members receive a free birthday add-on, a free AI Skin Analysis, priority booking and member discounts on most services. Facial Party is a group experience for four to ten guests in a private lounge, with a 50% deposit at booking, a customized facial for each guest and sparkling drinks; larger groups can be arranged.

The academy was created by active beauty professionals and offers in-person and online programs for advanced estheticians and licensed cosmetologists. Courses include the Hollywood Facial Signature Method, a Buccal Massage Course and a Japanese Head Spa Course. In-person training is an intensive two-day, one-on-one hands-on course, and students receive a certificate of completion and up to six months of post-course support. The academy says its method has been refined through thousands of client treatments.

Each treatment is customized to the client's skin needs and beauty goals.
