Services are grouped into three areas. Brow lamination and waxing covers brow lamination, brow tinting, brow waxing and shaping along the natural brow lines, lip waxing and facial waxing. Lash lift and tint covers a semipermanent lash lift that sets the shape of natural lashes and a lash tint that adds dye to them.

Microblading is booked as a series. The initial session, which takes about 2 to 2.5 hours, creates hair-like strokes that blend with existing brow hair. A touch up follows 4 to 6 weeks later, taking about 1 to 1.5 hours. Later options include a color boost and an annual touch up.

Microblading requires a $50 non-refundable deposit at booking, which is applied to the appointment cost. Deposits can be paid through Venmo, or in cash at the studio. Balances are due at the appointment, and cash, Venmo, Zelle and credit cards are accepted. Appointments are cancelled if the deposit is not received by 8:00pm the day of booking.

Rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice, and the deposit carries over to the new date. Shorter notice forfeits the deposit and requires a new $50 deposit. Touch ups rescheduled beyond 12 weeks are charged at the color boost price. Clients more than 15 minutes late may lose the deposit and have the appointment cancelled.

Clients who have had brows done by another artist are asked to send photos in natural light without brow makeup before booking. A touch up for those clients is treated as an initial session at full price. Microblading and brow lamination must be done on separate days, and anyone under 18 cannot be in the studio for permanent cosmetics. Guests are not permitted during permanent cosmetic appointments.
