The business describes itself as a one-stop salon boutique. The upstairs space at the back of the building includes an in-house boutique that sells small-batch bottled skin care, beauty tools, housewares, jewelry, journals and gifts.

Lash work is the core of the menu. Extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, and hybrid sets combine hand-made fans with single classic extensions. Touch-ups are recommended two to two and a half weeks after a set, and if more than 40% of lashes have fallen out, the visit is treated as a new set. Lash lifts and the Keratin Lash Treatment lift and curl natural lashes, and Lift Reverse can undo a previous perm or lift. Brow services range from waxing and tweezing to henna and lamination. Products used include Elleebana lash lift lines and Elleevate black mascara, and Pop Pro offers certified lash and brow training with Elleebana, with courses posted monthly.

Skin therapy begins with a 90-minute introductory appointment for new clients, which includes a consultation and health history review followed by a 60-minute facial. The Supported Season package includes three 90-minute skin therapy sessions and 10% off skin care products, with the remaining two sessions to be used within three months. Body therapies include The Body Facial, Fascial Flow, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Womb Tending, and 10% of Womb Tending profits are donated to Elijio Panti National Park in Belize.

Booking requires a credit card on file, which is not charged at booking. After a no-show, 50% of the service fee is charged to the card. Clients give 24 hours' notice for most services and 48 hours for microblading. All services are final and no refunds are given, and cash purchases receive a 3% discount. Hours are listed as Monday to Friday 11am to 5pm, Saturday 12am to 4pm and Sunday 11am to 2pm, but they vary, so call or text to confirm.
