Guests can expect a calm, sensory visit. The salon describes its experiences as non-toxic and multi-sensory, and it aims to treat each client as a whole person. Depending on the appointment, guests may be offered an aroma tea blend, a cold drink or a glass of wine.

Beyond hair, the salon offers medspa services including laser hair removal, treatment for dry eyes and AgeJet treatment for fine lines and wrinkles. Skincare is provided by Erica Kay under the name Glow By Erica, where facials are customized and first-time guests have a video chat beforehand.

Booking details to know: cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and services are not refunded. Clients who are unhappy with their hair can return within 7 days for minor changes, for a fee. Keratin treatments require a $50 deposit for new clients, organic perms and relaxers a $40 deposit, and Beach and Tone new growth a $50 deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 12 PM to 5:30 PM, and the salon is closed Tuesday and Sunday.
