The salon is organized by specialty. Each artist is hired and supported for their own area, whether that is cutting, color, extensions, hair loss solutions, lashes or treatments. Cuts are done with scissors or a razor for all genders, and every cut includes a blow dry and styling. Services include precision scissor and precision razor cutting, blowouts, up-styles, special occasion styling, braiding and bridal party styling, which can be done on location with package options.

Color services range from quick root work and toners to highlights, lowlights, double process, color melting and balayage. Balayage and color melting are priced after a consultation, and a free in-person consultation is required before a first color appointment. Corrective color, double process and balayage require a deposit when booking. Color appointments do not include blow drying, but a blowout or thermal styling can be requested from the stylist.

Specialty treatments include keratin, a smoothing process that uses a flat iron to seal product into the hair and includes styling, and Qiqi reformation, both priced differently for first-time and returning clients. Other options are permanent texture waves, a fast blow out that the salon describes as a mini keratin treatment, conditioning masques, scalp scrub, bond strengthening and the R+Co Pro Treatment. The R+Co Pro Treatment takes about five minutes, can be added to a color or cut, and is offered in three formulas. The salon says it has exclusive access to this collection among its partner salons.

Hair loss restoration offers non-medical options for growing back natural hair, strengthening hair, or adding natural hair extensions, with several solutions from Hairdreams. A $50 consultation fee is collected at booking. The salon says it was featured on ABC7 in 2008 for this service. Extensions are offered as wefts, single-bonded, single-beaded and taped, with pricing set at a consultation.

Lash services include eyelash extensions, Xtreme Lashes semi-permanent extensions, volumation, eyelash tinting, perming and lifts, with complimentary consultations recommended.
