Milissa Larsen

Milissa Larsen is a colorist at HIP Salon who joined the team on the Hair Innovation Professionals staff. She is a longtime color technician who has also taught color for three separate color lines, owned and managed salons, and worked on hair for print, film, fashion and celebrity clients. She attended Pivot Point Academy in Bloomingdale and is trained in highlights, lowlights, double processes, corrective color and balayage, including an authentic French balayage. She is also trained in extensions, style and makeup. Balayage is a specialty, and she works on color transformations, including complete changes and covering outgrowth. She enjoys seeing clients react to their new color. Her listed hours are Wednesdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursdays 12 to 8 p.m. and Fridays 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
