Visits usually start with a 20-minute consultation, priced from $25, to talk through hair goals, assess needs and settle on a style or treatment. The consultation takes a $24.50 deposit, which is non-refundable.

The menu runs from sew-ins to wig work. Traditional leave-out sew-ins include a cleanse, conditioning, a braid-down foundation and weft installation. Sew-in maintenance covers shampoo, conditioning, scalp care, track tightening and restyling. Microlink braidless sew-ins secure wefts with beaded rows instead of braids. Closure and frontal installs are done without adhesive. Custom machine-made wigs are built from exact head measurements, with closure or frontal placement and a tailored cap fit. Wig maintenance and styling are also offered, and wigs or extensions can be dropped off at no charge.

Other services include silk press, loc retwists with palm-roll styling, braid, twist and weave takedowns that protect natural hair, scalp detox and steam hydrating treatments, root touch-ups and all-over color, virgin relaxers for natural hair with new growth over 4 inches, short cuts, blowouts, and ponytail and updo styling for events.

Booking policies are set out clearly. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are not charged. Clients get a 10-minute grace period; after that a $15 late fee applies, and arriving 20 minutes late cancels the appointment, forfeits the deposit and charges the full service price. No-shows forfeit their deposit and are charged for all booked services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
