The salon works with two methods. Sugaring uses a natural sugar paste that mainly grips the hair rather than the skin, and the website says it suits sensitive skin. Waxing uses warm wax and removes hair at the root. The salon keeps four different waxes and sugars on hand and picks among them for each client's skin. Waxing and sugaring are usually booked every four to six weeks, once hair is about the length of a grain of rice, which is typically two to three weeks of growth. According to the salon, results usually last three to four weeks, and with regular visits hair tends to grow back finer and more slowly.

Beyond hair removal, the salon offers enzyme treatments that gently dissolve dead skin and brighten delicate areas, lash lifts and lash tints, brow tinting, brow shaping, brow lamination, and an intimate brightening service for sensitive areas. Coarse hair, such as men's beard hair, is not suitable for waxing or sugaring.

Hair is removed by sugaring or waxing, with the wax or sugar chosen for each client's skin and hair type. Services are customized to each client.
