Hello Hair Studio

Hello Hair Studio opened in November 2015 at 1315 Shelby St. in the Fountain Square cultural district. The salon describes itself as a premier Indianapolis salon. Its team includes the owner, Carrie Peoni, along with stylists Chloé and Crystal Quick.

The studio is set up to feel personal, with each visit planned around what the client wants. Color services are priced by starting rate and time: full highlights start at $245 and take about four hours, partial highlights start at $190 for about three hours, all-over color starts at $160 for two hours, and root retouches start at $110 for roughly an hour and forty minutes. Each color service requires a deposit, and extra bowls of color cost $15 apiece. Clients can also use Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Full and partial highlights include a K-18 treatment and gloss. All-over color is one solid, non-dimensional shade from roots to ends and does not include lightening or foils. Root retouches cover gray or keep new growth in line with an all-over color. Clients who are unhappy with previous color work can book a vivid and color correction consultation before committing to a service.
