Services are grouped into haircuts, beard trims, brow grooming, gray blending, styling and free consultations. Every service starts with a consultation, and the haircut is hand-crafted for the individual client. Complimentary drinks are included with every service. The Custom Layered Haircut runs 90 minutes and includes wash and blow out, while the Transformation Haircut takes two hours and is meant for hair past the lower back or a big change from long to short.

The current weekly schedule lists Monday and Tuesday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are subject to a 50% fee, and a same-day no-show without 48 hours' notice is charged 50% of the service price.
