Booking starts with a 50% deposit that reserves the appointment and counts toward the total, with the balance paid on completion, and clients receive forms after booking so the team can plan the service. Maintenance visits usually take about 1 to 1.5 hours, while color and extension services often run 2 to 5 hours or more, longer for denser or more textured hair. The salon asks clients to come without a friend because the space is intimate. Extension pricing depends on a Microlink consultation, and the price can change if services are added during the appointment.

For weddings, the team can work at the venue or the bride and her party can book in the salon for a more private experience. On-site wedding day services range from $750 to $2,500 depending on the time reserved, and the final total is set during a consultation.
