The business grew to roughly three times its original size between 2021 and 2025, then moved to its current Midtown location, where it expanded its lifestyle services and bridal team. The salon aims for a visit to feel like part of a wider lifestyle that covers hair, big moments and wardrobe.

The salon describes itself as a team-based space with a full roster of artists, designed to feel welcoming to both guests and stylists. Madelyn Henning was the first stylist at the salon. Beyond everyday hair, the team offers hair and makeup for bridal, along with event styling, editorial and commercial work, and collaborations with photographers. The business says it has been featured in Vogue and Vanity Fair.

Salon services are by appointment. Before a first visit, new guests receive an intake form that asks for inspiration photos, and new guests are asked to book a New Client Color or New Client Cut so there is extra time for the first appointment. Curly-haired guests are routed to a curly hair stylist on the team, and new guests can book the Signature Curly Cut, a dedicated consultation that includes scalp and curl analysis, education and product recommendations. Every color service includes a maintenance trim. For more reshaping, extra time can be added or the Cut with Color service can be booked. Additional time is $55 for 30 minutes. A cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice is charged 50% of the service price.

Bride hair and bride makeup are $400 each, and party hair and party makeup are $165 each per person. Three bridal packages are offered: Classic at $800, Luxe at $1,000 and All In at $1,350. Bridal bookings require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to hold the date, and a 20% gratuity is added to the total of services. On-location Classic and Luxe bookings require three additional services, and an on-location fee applies outside city limits. The boutique is open Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The salon is next to Waffle Champion, with street parking and a limited lot behind the building, and a nearby lot just west of Walker is suggested when those are full.

The salon says its product lines are vegan, clean and formulated with hair health in mind. Its aim is to make a salon visit feel connected to the rest of a client's life, from everyday hair to major events and wardrobe.
