The salon is open Tuesday through Friday, with Tuesday hours from 10am to 6pm and Wednesday through Friday hours from 10am to 4pm. Clients book online through a Square booking page, and the salon can also be reached by phone or email. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours of notice. Changes made with less notice carry a $100 fee for a color service plus the full cost of any other services booked, and clients are not rebooked until those fees are paid. The policy applies to family and friends as well as other clients.
Options include single process color, partial, half and full head highlights, balayage and ombre, root retouching, global bleaching, glaze and toner, color correction and double process color. Balayage and ombre, global bleach and color correction are priced according to the work involved, and a free 15-minute consultation is offered to talk through the look and pricing, which the salon recommends for larger color changes. Haircuts can be added to color services for a set price.
Strengthening and smoothing treatments include a deep conditioning treatment, an Olaplex and K18 strengthening treatment that can be added to a color service or booked alone, and a Brazilian Blowout that is meant to repair damage, seal the cuticle, reduce frizz and shorten styling time. Curly and coily clients can book a dry-cut curly haircut or a silk press.
For weddings, the salon offers on-site hair for brides and bridal parties of at least six people. A bridal trial is recommended two to four weeks before the wedding day. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required, and an on-site travel fee of $150 applies to locations within 0 to 25 miles. Bridal contracts are requested by email.
Color is planned around the look the client wants, with a free consultation available before larger changes.
