Extensions are grouped under Lash Extensions and run from a classic one-to-one application, suited to first-time clients, through hybrid and volume styles to a mega volume option. Fills keep existing extensions maintained by replacing shed ones and removing grown-out ones. Touch-ups cover fills done within 7 days of the original set, and removal uses a solution that loosens the adhesive so extensions slide off.

Appointments are booked online only, and clients receive a text or email confirmation. Clients can reach the studio by text at 320-979-5469 and it aims to reply within 24 hours. Booking outside opening hours by call or text carries an extra $20 fee that is not applied to the service. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice. A first no-show is charged half the service price and a second is charged in full. New clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.

Before a visit, clients are asked to shower, remove contacts, avoid caffeine and arrive without eye makeup, though base makeup is fine. Afterward, lashes should stay dry for 24 hours, and oil-based products, creams, waterproof mascara, perms and tinting should be avoided.
