It combines hair and color work, barbering, brows, lashes, waxing and esthetic services under one roof, and its hair work includes bright colors, locs, extensions and textured hair.

The salon aims to be a welcoming, judgment-free place for hair and esthetic services, and it offers gender-free services. Candy is set out throughout the space and is free with every service. The interior has vintage decor and an open layout.

Visits are booked through the website, where clients can also look up pricing. Vivid color services require a consultation before booking, and children under 12 are not accepted for certain color services. The salon sells Cult + King products, Suavecito grooming products that can be picked up in the shop, and Shoppe-branded clothing and merchandise. Gift cards are sold on the website. The salon says it uses environmentally sustainable products and gives back to communities including Chanhassen, Chaska, Eden Prairie and greater Minneapolis. It partners with Latino Voices of Minnesota, a barrier-free resource center in Carver County, and collects diapers, personal hygiene items and gently used clothing for it.
