The business says its mission is to give each guest a personally rejuvenating experience and to support both its team and its guests. Its goal is physical and emotional harmony through service. Spalon welcomes guests of any age, gender, body type, orientation or background and says it treats everyone the same, without judgment. Individual guests and groups of up to 40 are welcome.

Stylists, skin specialists, nail technicians and massage therapists make up the team. Skin services are performed by advanced practicing estheticians, and the team hosts industry educators, with education days held at Spalon Academy for its estheticians. Spalon uses paraben-free, eco-friendly professional product brands and says it exceeds state requirements for sanitization and sterilization.

Online appointments are booked through the website or booking app and require a card on file, which is not charged unless a guest does not show. Guests still check out at the front desk, and reminder emails are sent at booking and 24 hours before the appointment. Guests who want a particular provider should choose that person by name when booking. Guests 12 and under must have a parent in the room during any spa service, and guests 13 to 17 need parental consent. Body Revival Experience and CBD services are for guests 21 and over, checked at check-in.
