Its stated mission is to give clients a place to renew, unwind, decompress and revitalize body, mind and soul at an affordable price. The spa describes itself as Virginia's favorite spa.

A visit starts with a welcome form and a choice of spa water or wellness tea, and freshly brewed wellness tea is served every day. A signature tea is offered after treatments. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early. Treatments must be reserved with a credit card. Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours ahead; later cancellations are charged half the service cost to the card on file, and a missed appointment may be charged the full amount. The spa is open Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm and is closed on Sundays.

Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point, prenatal and custom massage, plus a couples massage and a lymphatic and detox massage offered by Vanessa. Facials run from a 30-minute express facial to a 75-minute DermaRadiant facial, and include dermaplaning, a microdermabrasion MicroRenewal Facial and PCA chemical peels, where a consultation helps choose the peel. HydraFacial treatments come in several levels, with serum boosters for specific skin concerns. Body treatments include several body wraps and a sugar-based body polish, and beauty services include waxing and LED light therapy.

Alternative options include acupuncture and an integrative session that pairs cupping with acupuncture, along with guided meditation, halotherapy using dry salt, and infrared sauna sessions. Spa day packages run three or four hours and combine massage, facial and sauna or salt room time. Spa parties for groups of two or more are booked by phone. Memberships include monthly treatments and allow members to add family members at a discounted rate. The spa also sells gift certificates and gift cards, has a gift shop, and offers Heavenly Bites food menus with a 20 percent service charge.
