About
Joycelyn Barkers-Woode founded Heavens Touch Spa + Wellness in 2016. Before opening it, she spent seven years working at a spa. Her entry into massage came through hospice care, where she was a health care provider at Mary Washington Hospice. She trained at the National Massage Therapy Institute and then shifted from hospice work into massage therapy. She leads the spa.
