Appointments are the normal way to book. Walk-ins are taken when a stylist is free, but each stylist sets their own hours, so the business recommends calling or texting before coming in. Cancellations made up to 72 hours ahead carry no charge; later cancellations within 48 hours are charged half the scheduled cost. Some custom work, such as color corrections, may require a deposit to hold the appointment.
