Booking requires 24 hours' notice for cancellations, and a credit card is needed to hold future appointments. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price, and cancellations within 24 hours, including no-shows, may be charged 75%. Some services may require a deposit or card number to hold a time. According to the salon, it helps raise funds for Puyallup Public Schools, and it offers 12 months of free haircuts and free wig trims after chemotherapy to MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital Cancer Center patients who have a referral.
