Hair extensions are the main focus. The salon offers Invisible Bead Extensions, Keratin Fusion, V-Light, Mesh Integration and Nano Tape. Invisible Bead sessions are sold as Enhance, Amplify and Revamp, depending on how many rows are needed, and maintenance is priced per row every 7 to 10 weeks. Keratin Fusion is offered as a Polish or a Revamp session. Extension installs include custom color for the extensions, a cleansing detox treatment and a blowdry for Keratin Fusion and V-Light, plus installation, a custom cut and styling. Coloring of a client's own hair is priced separately from the extension install. Extension installs require a non-refundable deposit charged at booking, which is applied to the install day.

Color work covers Signature Blonding, Partial Blonding, Lived-In Color, Signature and Express Root Refresh, and Partial Dimensional Color. Haircuts include a Signature Haircut, blowouts and bang or fringe trims. Scalp and hair treatments include Scalp Detox, a Hair Repair Masque, keratin smoothing options and two add-ons. Airbrush tanning is offered in two versions, and lash lifts and tints and facial waxing round out the menu.

Booking hours are Monday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed Sunday. Premium Booking Days, which are typically days off or after hours, carry a 30% surcharge.

Heather Link meets each client in person before an extension installation to set expectations and choose the method. Airbrush tanning is mixed as a custom solution for each guest.
