Several services begin with a consultation. The Complimentary Dimensional Consultation is free and takes about 15 to 30 minutes, and the High Impact Blonde Consultation is free and runs 45 minutes. New Invisible Bead Extensions clients are asked to book a free consultation as their first step. For extensions, the salon requires an in-person consultation before installing, to color match the hair, decide on rows and build an extension plan. Most extension clients need one to two rows, depending on length and density goals, and maintenance is recommended every 7 to 10 weeks. The salon states that with proper maintenance, extension hair can last 8 to 12 months.

The team has traveled to Invisible Bead Extensions headquarters in Utah for hands-on advanced training and plans yearly trips there for continuing education. The salon has seven certified Invisible Bead Extensions artists across its two Salon Brielle locations. Service add-ons for maintenance include washing hair, washing and treating extensions, and refreshing color.

Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated, late or missed appointments may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total, and cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked or rescheduled. Children and additional guests are not permitted unless they are also receiving a scheduled service. Requests to adjust a service must be made within 7 days of the appointment; after that, additional services are booked as a new appointment. Hours are Monday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the salon closed on Sundays.

The stylist career path has five levels: New Talent, Rising Stylist, Power Stylist, Master Stylist and Elite Stylist. Advancement looks at technical skill, service timing, guest retention, professionalism, teamwork and service revenue, as well as artistry, consistency, guest experience, communication and contribution to the salon. Quarterly growth meetings review each stylist's progress and set a development plan. Master and Elite Stylists who meet professional, technical and financial readiness criteria may explore a structured transition toward independence, which depends on readiness, mutual fit and space availability and is not guaranteed. The salon notes that about three years may be a realistic development timeline for many stylists, though paths vary.
