Services fall into skincare and facials, body care and relaxation, and Earth to Ether foot, hand and head care, with customized packages that combine body renewal with foot care or a lymphatic facial. Beds are heated, linens and towels are freshly laundered for each guest, and treatment areas and frequently touched surfaces are cleaned between guests with disinfectants used according to product directions.
Guests can walk in on a first-come, first-served basis or book ahead, and they can ask for a particular practitioner, which the spa accommodates when availability allows. Each session is shaped during the visit around the guest's preferences, comfort and areas of focus, and guests are invited to mention any concerns so the team can address them. A standard transaction receipt is provided at the time of service. Completed services are generally non-refundable because treatments are personalized and time-based.
The spa provides non-medical skincare, body care and relaxation services only. It does not offer medical diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation, and it does not issue medical records, treatment notes, treatment plans, insurance or FSA/HSA forms, or medical necessity letters. Gift cards can be loaded with any amount, are sold in fixed amounts or a custom amount, can be used toward any service, and do not expire.
Treatments are tailored during each session to what the guest prefers, how comfortable they feel and where they want the most attention.
