Hair services are grouped into cutting, color, styling and add-ons. Cuts are priced by length and include shampoo and a basic blow dry, with clipper cuts and bang trims also offered. Color Bomb requires prelightened hair. The Get What You Get Hair Color service takes four hours and costs $200. A claw machine selects color prompts, which are then turned into a custom design on the client's head. Booking requires a 25% non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the total on the appointment day, and a valid credit or debit card to secure the appointment. Cards are only charged if a policy violation occurs. Prices vary by length and density, and stylists may adjust them for product use, physical labor and service time. The salon has a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech and may refuse or end service for it.
