The studio is open Wednesday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Tuesday and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and it is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Many services begin with a consultation, which covers hair goals, hair condition and questions, and a test strand when one is needed.

Color options range from Full Color, a root-to-end color that also works for gray coverage or going darker, to Double Color for significant changes, lightening or removing previous color before a new shade. Double Color includes up to three bowls of color and a finished style, with extra bowls at $30 each. Other color styles include Color Blocking, Chunky Highlights, Vivid Hair, and Calico services in partial and full versions, where the Calico Full design is a high-contrast look with custom placement.

Blonding services run from Partial Blonding, which brightens around the face or crown and nape, to Full Blonding and Full Blonding with Roots, plus The Bleach & Tone and Xtreme Blonding for drastic lightening. Xtreme Blonding is a multi-step, roughly six-hour service that can take more than one session depending on starting level, hair history and the result wanted.

Each set is customized with hair color, fashion tones, cheetah or zebra patterns or graphic placements, and extension clients book an hour-long install after a 30-minute consultation that is required before any extension service. A deposit is taken at the consultation to order hair; ordered hair typically arrives within one week unless express shipping is paid, and install is scheduled on arrival.

Services are customized to each guest, with a consultation used to set goals, check hair condition and agree on method before color or extension work begins.
