Services are grouped under Hair, Extensions and Scalp. Hair covers cuts for women, men and children ten and under, blowouts, special-occasion up-dos, conditioning, glossing, and a range of color from root shadowing and highlights to freehand balayage and ombre. Devacut, a curly haircut in which each curl is cut on its own so the curl pattern stays intact, is one of the salon's signature services. Drying time is included, and prices can rise with hair length and thickness.

Extensions start with a consultation for real-hair extensions. Placement close to the scalp is priced after that consultation, and touch-ups and removal are also available. Removal includes a scalp massage. The salon asks clients to call as soon as they know they cannot keep an appointment so it can be rebooked. A fee of 50% of the service total applies to missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and arriving more than 20 minutes late counts as a no-show, after which the salon may offer the slot to its waitlist.
