Blonding and dimensional services include K18 Professional Treatment and L'Oreal Metal Detox. Options run from partial and full foil to balayage, and the high-impact services use dense babylights or micro-slicing for stronger blonde. The Blonde Transformation Experience is for clients with little or no blonde and requires a consultation before booking.

Outside of color, the salon offers women's haircuts, from a length-only trim to a longer cut with layers, a butterfly cut and face framing, plus bang trims. The Signature Bouncy Blow Experience includes a shampoo, customized blowout and roller set. Restorative options include the Korean Treatment & Blow Experience and the QiQi Treatment.

Clients who are unsure what to book can send a message on Instagram. Color services may carry an extra product charge of $15 to $65, depending on hair density, length, starting canvas and the product needed. Concerns about a visit should be raised within seven days of the appointment, and Hayden handles any adjustments. No refund is given once a service has been completed. Changing a booking on less than 24 hours' notice incurs a fee of 60% of the scheduled total, and a missed appointment with no notice is charged at 75%. Clients who arrive 20 minutes or more after their start time may find the service shortened or altered, or the booking moved to another time, which is subject to the same-day fee.
