Every plan starts with a consultation. Clients are asked to book one first to share the look they want, and the 30-minute visit ($25) lets the stylist evaluate the hair and the desired style. Hair and scalp are assessed before a method or style is recommended. A microloc install is an 8-hour appointment with a base price starting at $1,000, and a consultation must be booked before it.

Between visits, the business gives guidance on caring for and maintaining hair. Shampoo and styling sessions are offered between microloc retie appointments. The studio also makes a housemade hair growth oil, infused with rosemary, thyme and cloves in extra virgin olive oil for at least seven weeks, which is used in its care.

According to StyleSeat, the studio is open Wednesday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead carry no charge. Shorter-notice cancellations are charged 25% of the service price, and missed appointments are charged 50%.
