The cafe makes its cafe syrups in house, uses local dairy milk without added hormones or antibiotics, and offers organic oat milk. Cold foams are made with local, grass fed A2 dairy, and the beverage menu rotates. Drinks range from $3.75 to $9, and breakfast items from $8.50 to $13.

The pastry menu changes daily and uses organic ingredients and sourdough methods. Pastries are made in small batches, can't be ordered online, and are served first come, first serve. Baked goods and treats are made without artificial preservatives, flavors or dyes. Cafe gift cards and spa gift cards are sold online as virtual cards that can be emailed or printed.

At the spa, Haven does not offer or remove acrylic, hard gel or dip powder, in keeping with a nontoxic approach. Gel-X extensions are offered as an alternative to acrylic and dip, and a non-toxic gel polish option is available for manicures. Nail polish is free of at least formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, dibutyl phthalate and toluene, with some polishes also free of ethyl tosylamide and xylene. Gel polish meets the same chemical standards as regular polish. The spa says its disinfection protocol goes beyond salon board requirements.

Manicures start at $37 for the On the run option, $42 for Classic and $47 for Chill out, with each listed at a minimum time. Pedicures start at $40, $50 and $55 in the same three tiers. Nail art comes in three levels, Just a touch, Double take and Show stopper, and the technician sets the final cost of each. French and builder gel add-ons are also available. Gel removal is priced by the amount and difficulty of the removal.

Retail items include the Haven Tote, a canvas tote designed by one of its baristas, for $27, Wavy Glass Straws for $6, and Mezcla protein drinks in maple blueberry and matcha vanilla for $3.19 each. The cafe also sells Canaan spices and olive oil, Field Trip rolling papers and MASA tortilla chips.

Haven applies nontoxic standards across both the cafe and the spa, from the milks and syrups to the nail products it will use.
