A cut or blowout usually takes 45 minutes to an hour, and a cut with a blowout takes about 1.5 hours. Women's and children's cuts begin with a Pureology wash and massage, and Men's Cuts include a massaging shampoo, the cut, a blow-dry and a beard and eyebrow trim. Blowouts range from a quick wet-hair Express Blowout under 45 minutes to a full round-brush blowout with a chosen style finished with iron work. Casual and formal up-styles are offered separately, with braids, buns and ponytails among the options, and Formal Style is an intricate up-style with more time for detail. Touch-Up visits are available for clients who had a Zephyr Blowout within the past five days.

Extensions are a major part of the menu. Bellami Clip-In Extensions and Bellami i-Tip Extensions are offered, and the i-Tip method attaches a small crimped cylinder to natural hair using a cold-fusion process with no heat or glue. Bellami extensions are made of 100% cuticle Remy human hair, can be reused for up to a year and a half, and need maintenance visits every four to six weeks. The salon states its stylists are trained in applying and maintaining them, and the Extensions Consultation is with a certified Bellami stylist. Clip-In Extensions Style is a blowout that includes styling the client's clip-in pieces.

Treatments include a Brazilian Silk Smoothing Treatment with no wait before washing and styling, which contains a low amount of formaldehyde and lasts 10 to 12 weeks, and a consultation is available beforehand. The Brazilian Silk Nectar Professional Keratin Treatment takes about 2.5 hours and is described as reducing frizz while adding strength and shine. Shorter services include a Redken Chemistry Treatment in All Soft, Color Extend, Extreme or Volume options, a hydrating masque with scalp massage, a glossing treatment, a multistep protein strength treatment, a multistep scalp treatment, and a split end treatment meant to help ends stay defended for up to four weeks.

Bridal services include a Bridal Trial, a booked session to try bridal styles, and wedding styling that can take place at the salon or onsite. Bridal parties request pricing through a form, and wedding package pricing is provided on request. Blowout packages can be purchased at the salon, and loyal, returning clients can receive package discounts. Online bookings require a credit card to hold the appointment, and large group bookings made by phone or in person also require a credit card, with groups able to pay separately. Waxing for brows, the face and multiple areas is available, and street parking is available at the salon.
