Color services are built around complete looks. Each option includes what the result needs, such as foil or balayage, a color gloss, an Aveda bond building treatment and a signature blow dry, rather than a partial highlight on its own. Lighter touch-up and gloss visits are also offered, along with an Express option for retouching color and gloss with a blow out.
Hair extensions are a major part of the work. New extension clients have a complimentary consultation and leave a hair deposit before installation. Most extension hair is custom ordered, with some kept in stock. Tape-in, butterfly weft (no sew), K-Tip and I-Tip methods are offered, and the salon recommends moving extensions up every 7 to 10 weeks. Keratin bond (K-Tip) and I-Tip extensions are currently offered for fill-ins only, not full head installations. Clients cannot bring their own hair, though in some cases the salon will service extensions installed by a previous stylist.
Every full-priced service includes a complimentary Aveda ritual, such as a scalp and neck massage, a hand and arm massage or a makeup finish, and a foot bath comes with all color services. Extension clients receive a care kit sized to their package.
Organic airbrush spray tans come in a signature and an express option, and the salon says its tanning uses organic, toxin-free formulas. Memberships and packages of blow dries and spray tans are available, with payment plans offered for packages. Booking is done through Vagaro or by text, and new clients complete a client form and can send current hair and goal photos for review.
Services are booked as complete signature looks, and the online booking system is set to account for how much time each client needs.
