Color is a major focus. Lived-In Balayage is hand-painted directly onto the hair without foils and then toned for a blended finish, and it can cover the whole head or only half. Other color options run from a single process and glaze or toner to The Mini, partial highlights and full highlights. Every color service includes a tailored toner, and partial highlights can add a tip-out for brighter ends at an additional cost. The gallery is grouped into balayage, highlights, cuts, reds and bridal work.

Cuts and treatments are priced separately. Women's haircuts are dry-cut and shaped to the client's style preferences, and men's haircuts take about an hour. Styling is $125 and includes a wash and blowout, or the hair can be styled unwashed if it does not hold a style well. Keratin Express and Full Keratin treatments are offered as two separate options.

Hair extensions use weft, tape-in and K-tip methods. Hair is priced separately from installation. Weft installation is charged per row, while tape-in and K-tip installation is charged per hour, and installation includes shampoo, blow-dry, cutting, blending and styling. Maintenance is offered as 4-week or 6-week appointments, and K-tip removal and replacement are priced separately. A consultation is required before booking extensions, and it sets the length, fullness, color match and installation method.

The salon sells B. The Product, a hair care line that includes shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, styling sprays and paste, and a surf spray, along with biotin-based shampoos and a hair mask for hair growth support. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in fixed amounts of $25, $75, $100 or $200, or in a custom amount. Product orders ship free within the United States.
