To get in, clients ring the call box at the front door and choose suite 100. The team describes the space as safe and welcoming to everyone.
Bright or bold fashion color requires a free 15-minute consultation beforehand, which can also be done by text with photos. Each stylist sets their own cancellation and rescheduling policy, listed on their profile. Clients who are unsure which service to book are asked to message their stylist. All hair services are final, so any concerns are raised with the stylist who did the work.
Street parking runs four hours on SW 12th directly outside the salon, and two hours in every direction from it. Just south of the salon is an unattended lot, and a covered lot with an attendant sits on 12th a short distance to the west. Parking is not validated. Products cannot be refunded, but unused or lightly used items can be traded for store credit, which has to be spent during that same exchange.
The founders believe clients deserve stylish, skilled service, and that a caring, professional environment helps clients and stylists alike.
