Kelley Rose moved to Portland in 2019 to pursue a career in hair and now works as a multi-skilled stylist with about four years of experience. The range runs from clipper cuts to long layers, across every texture and length.
Hand-painted balayage, multidimensional color and vivid transformations are specialties, and gender-affirming haircuts are personalized for each client. She takes bookings Friday through Sunday. Her cancellation fee is 50% of the booked service for 24 to 48 hours notice and 100% for 24 hours or less, including no-shows.
