Care begins with a consultation, which is free and used to work out which service fits a client's goals. Treatments are personalized from those one-on-one visits, with the aim of enhancing a client's natural features. Free follow-up appointments are included with each service so results and healing can be checked. According to the practice, clients can count on seeing the physician at every appointment.

The injectable menu covers Botox for frown lines, crow's feet and forehead lines, as well as dermal filler to restore volume and softness. The practice uses Botox Cosmetic and Dysport and chooses between them based on treatment goals. Botox results may start to show 24 to 48 hours after treatment and are typically full at about 30 days; for moderate to severe frown lines they can last up to four months, and results vary by patient.

Facial options include a classic facial marketed for events and the Glo2Facial, a three-step treatment combining Oxfoliation, LUX ultrasound and detoxification. The practice describes Oxfoliation as a patented process and says the Glo2Facial suits all skin types. A single appointment starts at $225, and a package of three starts at $600. PRX Derm Perfexion is a needle-free, non-surgical treatment that combines 33% trichloroacetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid, followed by a personalized home care plan. Sessions take 15 to 20 minutes and involve no social downtime; it is offered as a single appointment starting at $300 or a four-appointment bundle.

The practice sells medical grade skincare that the physician selects and recommends, including serums, moisturizers, sunscreens, cleansers, eye treatments and body lotion. Online gift cards can be used for treatments and products, with a $50 minimum amount. Appointments are booked through the practice's Square booking site, where hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
