The medical director, Dr. Maria Mainolfi, opened the Maryland practice in 2021 after more than two decades in internal, preventive, aesthetic, hormone replacement and integrative medicine. The practice has focused on IV drip therapy, NAD+, hair loss and PRP, weight loss, aesthetic treatments and hormone replacement.

Injectable visits include Botox for forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, with results typically lasting three months or longer and follow-ups suggested every three to four months. Dermal fillers from Restylane and Juvederm can be placed under the eyes, in the lips, cheeks and chin, and along smile lines. Filler results typically last six months to a year, and the injection itself takes no more than 30 minutes according to the business.

Vitamin IV treatments use a standard saline bag with a customized vitamin blend, given through the arm. Clients who want only a portion of a drip can choose an IV push, and custom drips not on the menu can be requested. The business says its IV treatments are safe for most healthy adults, including children, while clients with an immune-weakening illness are advised to speak with their primary care provider first.

The office is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:15 AM to 3:30 PM, and Tuesday from 8:15 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on weekends.
