Only one client is seen at a time. Appointments are never double-booked, there is no shared waiting area, and the whole studio is reserved for the client during their visit. Every appointment opens with a consultation, which is included in the service, and final pricing is confirmed then. Each color formula is mixed for the individual client rather than taken off the shelf. Listed prices are starting rates for medium-length, average-density hair, so the final cost depends on hair length, density and the time needed.
Color is the core of the menu, alongside cuts, styling and treatments, skincare and brow services, and hair shimmer. The owner feels color deserves more time than a standard 90-minute slot. Add-ons include an Olaplex / Bond treatment, which is recommended for any lightening service, and a toner or gloss that refreshes tone between color appointments.
Appointments are by booking only, and walk-ins are not taken. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 10am to 8pm and Friday from 10am to 3pm. The booking site offers Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and sells gift cards.
