Hours are Monday 8:30AM to 9PM, Tuesday 3PM to 9PM, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30AM to 9PM, Friday and Saturday 8:30AM to 6PM, and Sunday 12PM to 8PM. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the scheduled service fee, and a missed appointment is charged the full fee. Because space is limited, guests cannot bring extra companions to appointments, and appointments for minors may have one guardian present.

Each service begins with a consultation covering goals, hair history and maintenance, and the salon adapts the work to each guest rather than following a fixed routine.
