Procedures range from body contouring and facial surgery to injectables, skin rejuvenation and regenerative treatments using a patient's own fat and platelet-rich plasma.

The clinic says the most important factors in cosmetic surgery are choosing a qualified surgeon and that surgeon's aesthetic vision and technical skill, and it holds that realistic expectations make a satisfying result more likely. During consultation the surgeon advises whether a patient is a good candidate, and patient photographs are viewed only at consultation appointments. The one exception is regenerative nanofat and PRP therapy, where gallery photos show the effect on tissue. Procedures take place in an office-based surgical facility, an ambulatory surgery center or a hospital, as the surgeon advises. Some use local anesthetic with sedation and others require general anesthesia. The clinic states that results are not absolutely predictable and that no surgeon can guarantee a perfect or risk-free outcome.

The clinic says nanofat cell treatments do not yet have FDA approval, so it does not make direct or guaranteed claims about how well they work. Researchers at the NIH and elsewhere are examining nanofat cells for whole-body (systemic) use. Medical-grade hyperbaric oxygen therapy and red-light therapy are provided through a partnership with Huemn. The clinic recommends 5 to 10 HBOT sessions for complete recovery after surgery, though the right number also depends on the procedure.
