Consultations are free, and walk-in consultations are welcome when the schedule allows. Online booking is available, and no referral or doctor's order is needed. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with parking at the rear of the building on Sheridan St. A first visit usually runs 30 to 60 minutes depending on the treatment. The facial menu has more than 22 treatments, which the business describes as one of the most extensive in Houston. The HydraFacial lineup includes Deluxe, JLO Glow and Platinum, each listed at $199, and the JLO Glow version is a collaboration with JLO Beauty that uses its Olive Complex. Neurotoxins include Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify, listed at $4.75 per unit, with the number of units depending on the area. These are FDA-approved injections that temporarily relax muscles, and common areas include the forehead, frown lines, crow's feet, lip lines, neck bands, jawline and excessive sweating.

Acne treatment is a non-invasive approach tailored to each client, from mild to severe acne. Other offerings include chemical peels, microdermabrasion, SeruGlow and DermaPen microneedling, Plasma IQ Pen treatment, Lamprobe, lymphatic massage, sclerotherapy for veins and permanent makeup for brows, eyeliner and lips. The business also sells its own skincare online, which it describes as FDA-cleared and medical-grade.

Each treatment plan is built around the patient's face, goals and budget, and Kathy Haney personally performs or oversees every treatment so patients see the same provider at each visit.
