Color is booked by the hour. Shorter bookings cover root retouches and quick glosses, while longer ones cover all-over color, mini highlights, partial and full balayage, and highlights or lowlights on longer, thicker hair. Color correction is priced as an hourly up-charge, and a session can run up to six hours, sometimes across several visits.
New color and extension clients pay a $50 deposit to book. It goes toward the appointment and is non-refundable, and it must be sent within 24 hours of booking to hold the time. New clients can skip the deposit by booking a haircut first, which also gives the stylist a chance to consult on color or extensions.
Extension services include I-tip, K-tip, Beaded Weft and Tape In installs, so clients can compare methods before booking.
Makes a practice of advising and educating clients about their hair, so the work is explained as it happens.
