Most visits include a shampoo, conditioning and a treatment matched to the scalp and hair. New clients can book The Works, which starts with a consultation and includes scalp therapy, a deep cleansing shampoo, a custom treatment, spa steam and a trim. Clients receive education on product use based on their scalp needs and hair type, along with at-home haircare tips after each salon visit.

Extension work is a large part of the menu. Options include quick weaves, a leave-out quick weave, partial sew-ins with hair left out for a ponytail, and full installs that use only enough hair to cover the tracks. Bundle installs are offered in 14, 16, 18 and 20 inch lengths with two or three bundles, in straight or body wave texture. Bundle install appointments should be booked a week ahead so the extension hair can be confirmed. Braid services include cornrows for wigs and Corn Rolls TLC, which is suggested for clients who keep their braids in for four to six weeks. Children can book a Pretty Princess appointment, with a version for new clients coming out of braids.

Color is handled through a 30 minute consultation to talk through the desired result, with a patch test when one is needed. Clients who return every two to three weeks can book the Silver RR appointment. Clients who have been away for more than 60 days are asked to book The Works instead.

The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 7:45 am to 12:00 pm, and is closed Mondays and Wednesdays. The online booking calendar opens on the 22nd of each month. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50 percent of the scheduled cost, no-call no-shows are charged 50 percent of the service price, and rescheduled appointments are charged 25 percent of the service price.
