Appointments take place upstairs in the styling room, while the shampoo bowls are downstairs in a shared area. Clients with concerns about the stairs can message before booking to talk through accommodations. Salon hours are Wednesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., by appointment only. Wi-Fi, free parking in the lot or on the street, and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks are offered. Clients may work remotely during a color appointment, and are asked to come alone, though one guest over the age of 12 may join.

In the salon, Taylor offers women's cuts for bob length or longer, blowouts, upstyles such as braids, buns, ponytails and half up, half down styles, and a range of color. Options include gloss refresh, root retouch, all over color, signature and custom highlights, and color transformation for major changes or correction. Custom highlights, also called balayage or lived-in color, give a blended result. Color transformation requires a virtual or in-person consultation first, and color booking starts with a new client appointment followed by a short questionnaire. Extra long or thick hair may carry a small fee for added product and time, discussed at consultation. Men's cuts and perms are not offered; those clients are referred to another stylist in the salon.

Weddings and events are booked Friday through Sunday. Mobile styling is available across the Pacific Northwest, and the location needs an indoor, temperature-controlled space with running water, electricity, accessible outlets and counter or table space. Event styling carries a $75 non-refundable retainer at booking, and travel is $1 per mile with a $50 minimum. Wedding bookings require a $200 non-refundable retainer that is applied to the total. During peak season, April through October, wedding day services have a $575 minimum. Wedding clients receive one invoice due 14 days before the wedding, and inquiries are answered within up to 48 hours. The date is held once the contract is signed and the retainer paid. Makeup is not offered, but referrals to trusted makeup artists are available, and the chosen artist can be worked with directly. If Taylor is unavailable on a wedding day, a trusted stylist from their network takes the booking on the same payment terms.

Taylor offers only the services with extensive training and confidence, and builds bridal looks from each client's inspiration and hair type after a preview.
