Visits usually begin with a complimentary consultation to talk through goals and pricing. Prices vary by stylist, hair length and thickness, and appointment time, and many services are listed with a starting price. Corrective color requires an in-salon consultation before booking, and a bleach root touchup covers up to one inch of grow-out; anything beyond that counts as corrective color.

Color is the main focus. Options include partial and full balayage, highlights, all-over and vivid color, bleach work and platinum transformations. The Platinum Card is only for virgin hair that has never been colored or chemically treated. Toner plus blowdry uses a demi-permanent toner on pre-lightened hair with no bleach or foils. Bridal, bridesmaid, mother of the bride and prom updos are offered, and a trial run is available before the event day.

Business hours are listed as 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. The reception desk is staffed Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and is closed on weekends.
