Every stylist is independent. Each runs their own business in a shared salon suite, books their own appointments, and sets their own pricing and cancellation policy. Stylists at the East Portland location sell their own product lines, and the Happy Valley location has private salon stations.
Both locations work by appointment. Happy Valley also welcomes walk-ins on Mondays and Fridays and is open Monday and Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, with Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday by appointment and closed on Tuesday and Thursday. Saturday and Sunday appointments can be requested, though availability is limited during wedding season. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before a service; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
The salon offers bridal hair and makeup at either location, including for the bridal party, and mother-of-the-bride hair and makeup for grandmothers and aunts as well. Hair extensions are available after a consultation. The salon describes its team as expert hairstylists and its owner as a leader in the bridal world for five years.
Stylists work as independents under one name, each managing their own calendar, pricing and product choices.
The Happy Valley location has private salon stations.
