Smooth Harmony begins with an assessment that determines which smoothing system suits the hair. The salon notes that Cold Wax may be used but is not the only option. The Color Consultation covers dimensional brunette work, warm coppers, blonding, corrective color, and major color changes. Before setting the plan and cost, the stylist reviews current color, hair history, condition, inspiration, maintenance expectations, and the result the client wants.

Booking details: color and extension services require a consultation and a 50% deposit, and a valid credit card is needed to hold any appointment. Natural hair must be straightened before a cut or trim. After weave or braid removal, hair must be fully detangled first, or a $60 minimum applies. Arrive five minutes early for check-in. Appointments more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled depending on stylist availability. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead are free, while later changes carry a $30 fee, and no-shows are charged the full value of the service. Changes must be made by phone during business hours, online, or by email, as messages left after hours do not count as notice. Walk-ins are accepted and seen by the next available stylist. Repeat clients have their card stored encrypted on their profile. A client who is dissatisfied can request a free service adjustment within seven days of the original appointment.
