Color pricing is set for each client based on hair texture, density, starting level and the result they want. Services are priced a la carte, and color prices do not include a blow-dry or a haircut. New color clients are encouraged to book an in-person consultation to talk through the steps, check hair health and outline pricing. That consultation has a $25 non-refundable fee. New guests can book by calling or texting. Listed hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Japanese Straightening starts at $700, and the final price can vary with hair density and how much product is needed. The salon says the price includes high quality tools and products. The salon states that its straightening uses no formaldehyde. Without an in-person consultation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Afterward, clients wait 48 to 72 hours before shampooing or wetting their hair and can color within 7 to 14 days, excluding highlights. Highlighting after the treatment is at the colorist's discretion and depends on hair condition.

Color is planned around each client's hair texture, density, starting level and goals rather than a single fixed formula, and new color clients are steered toward an in-person consultation first.
